Several of Fairfield's parks feature shelters that can be reserved. Shelters are great for reunions, parties, meetings, and other get-togethers. Some come with a barbecue.
Fees
The cost to reserve a shelter is $20 for 4 hours, and $40 for 8 hours (non-refundable). Weekend reservations must be made and paid for by noon on Wednesday prior to the weekend of the reservation. We begin taking shelter reservations on January 2. Park shelters are available May 1 through October 31.
